- Though he has born, Joshua Scott Chasez on August 8, 1976 in Washington, DC and raised in the nearby suburb of Bowie, Maryland, he always been known as JC.
- Growing up, found an outlet for his boundless energy in sports and,later, dance. According to his parents, JC showed a love for music since he was a tot, singing along with the radio and dancing around the living room. "When music was introduced to me for the first time, I fell in love," he explains.
- When he moved to Orlando, JC signed up for dance and gymnastics classes, as well as vocal lessons. JC shows off what he learned in gymnastics with his on-stage flips during shows.
